What data we use and why
Only what the contact form collects: your name, email address and the message you write. We use it to reply to you. We do not use it for anything else and we do not send you advertising.

Who else has access
Data is not passed to third parties unless the law requires it. The site is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany, European Union), acting as processor under Article 28 GDPR. The mailbox that receives your message is run by [MAIL PROVIDER: confirm; the address is Hotmail/Outlook, Microsoft].
Server logs
When you visit, the server automatically records your IP address, date and time, the page requested and your browser details. They keep the site running securely (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and are not combined with other data.
Fonts and external content
Fonts and images are hosted on this same site. There is no embedded map or content loaded from third-party servers, so your IP is not sent to any outside provider while you browse. The «Open in maps» link takes you to an external site only if you click it.
Your rights
You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to mestizocafebar@hotmail.com. If you think your data has not been handled properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
